ABOUT RETURN
If you have any questions about the product, please ask the designer before purchasing. Clear communication beforehand can save time, effort, and money on refunds or exchanges.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the day after you receive the product. Late requests may be declined at PAPIR LAB’s discretion, so please discuss with the designer before submitting a request. The following types of products are not eligible for refunds due to personal reasons.
- Customized products and items that have been damaged by the customer (e.g., removing the glass cover) are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
- The designer will contact the customer within 3 business days after receiving the refund request.
- Once the return is approved, please ship the product back within 3 business days and notify the designer via email. (Include the shipping carrier and tracking number to avoid delays in communication.)
- The designer will inspect the returned item and complete the refund process within 3 business days after receiving it.

Each piece in the same collection shares the same composition and color scheme. For example, all camping landscape pieces feature deep green mountains and plateaus, a red camper van, an orange tent and campfire, dark pathways, and three pine trees. However, the placement of elements may vary slightly—such as the position of tiny moss details.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Can I specify details in the artwork, like the angle of a cat’s tail?
Sorry, customization of details is not available. If you care about every little detail, we recommend visiting a market or exhibition where you can choose your favorite piece in person!
What materials are used in the artwork?
- Custom-made thin glass dome and high-density cork.
- Premium fine art papers Canson Mi-Teintes and Fabriano Tiziano Paper, both acid-free and free from optical brighteners. To maintain quality, avoid direct sunlight. The manufacturers guarantee color stability for 10 years. These papers are also mold-resistant and protected against yellowing and brittleness, ensuring long-term preservation when stored indoors.
What if I accidentally drop and damage the artwork?
Simply cover the return shipping cost and send the artwork back to the PAPIRLAB studio. We will restore it to its original condition for you.
