We place many small details in the paper landscape as hints, allowing everyone to write their own storylines. A small world that has been created in a parallel universe, because I love the smiles that everyone shows when looking at the small world.
What are the mailing options available?
Taiwan Mail
Free shipping for orders over 2000 TWD within Taiwan
- Standard shipping is via Taiwan Post's registered small package
- Pickup options available at major convenience stores
International Mail
Different countries have corresponding shipping calculation methods, please check during checkout in the shopping cart. All customs duties are to be borne by the buyer.
**Good news: If your country is Japan, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, the Philippines, Malaysia, Germany, France, the UK, Israel, Norway, Poland, Denmark, New Zealand, and Canada, and the purchased items are under 2KG, you can choose the international E-small package option, which offers very favorable shipping rates.
- Express delivery is via SF Express or UPS; regular shipping is via Taiwan Post's EMS or international E-small package
- Customs duties are to be borne by the buyer.
How long does it take to receive works from PAPIRLAB?
- Regular mail will use EMS (Express Mail Service) or the international E-package system of Taiwan Post. Shipping to Asia usually takes 3-10 days, shipping to Europe usually takes 10-20 days, and shipping to the Americas may take 10-30 days.
- Express mail to Asia takes 1-2 days, to Europe takes 3-5 days, and to the Americas takes 5-7 days.

Return and Exchange Policy
If you have any questions about the product, please contact the designer before purchasing. Thorough communication before purchase can save the effort, money, and time spent on refunds/exchanges.
Refund applications must be submitted within 7 days from the day after receiving the product. If the application is overdue, PAPIRLAB reserves the right to refuse the return. Please communicate with the designer before submitting the application. The designer does not accept refund requests for the following types of products due to personal reasons
- Customized products
- Products damaged by oneself (such as removing the glass cover)
Refund Process
- The designer will contact the customer within 3 working days after receiving the application
- Once the designer agrees to the return, please send the complete product within 3 working days and inform the designer by mail (please include the logistics provider and shipping number to avoid increasing communication time)
- The designer will confirm the product status and complete the refund process within 3 working days after receiving the product
PAPIRLAB does not provide exchange services
