Coat colors are also limited to those listed in the shop (e.g., blue fox, golden bear → ❌ not available). Please specify your preferred animal type in the cart note section at checkout. Due to the limited landscape size, only **one** animal can be added.

You may suggest a preferred placement for the animal, but PAPIRLAB will determine the best position based on the overall composition and balance. Thank you for understanding the artist’s commitment to the harmony of each piece.

ABOUT RETURN

If you have any questions about the product, please ask the designer before purchasing. Clear communication beforehand can save time, effort, and money on refunds or exchanges.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the day after you receive the product. Late requests may be declined at PAPIR LAB’s discretion, so please discuss with the designer before submitting a request. The following types of products are not eligible for refunds due to personal reasons.

Customized products and items that have been damaged by the customer (e.g., removing the glass cover) are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

The designer will contact the customer within 3 business days after receiving the refund request.
Once the return is approved, please ship the product back within 3 business days and notify the designer via email. (Include the shipping carrier and tracking number to avoid delays in communication.)
The designer will inspect the returned item and complete the refund process within 3 business days after receiving it.
