Standard shipping is via Taiwan Post’s registered small parcel service. Convenience store pickup options are available. Free shipping for orders over TWD 2,000 within Taiwan.

ABOUT RETURN

If you have any questions about the product, please ask the designer before purchasing. Clear communication beforehand can save time, effort, and money on refunds or exchanges.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the day after you receive the product. Late requests may be declined at PAPIR LAB’s discretion, so please discuss with the designer before submitting a request. The following types of products are not eligible for refunds due to personal reasons.

  • Customized products and items that have been damaged by the customer (e.g., removing the glass cover) are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

  • The designer will contact the customer within 3 business days after receiving the refund request.
  • Once the return is approved, please ship the product back within 3 business days and notify the designer via email. (Include the shipping carrier and tracking number to avoid delays in communication.)
  • The designer will inspect the returned item and complete the refund process within 3 business days after receiving it.

For example, all camping landscape pieces feature deep green mountains and plateaus, a red camper van, an orange tent and campfire, dark pathways, and three pine trees.
