The classic mode of transportation here is a Taiwanese Wild Wolf motorcycle with a cargo rack. As a child, when the gas ran out in the middle of a bath, the gas store was a lifesaver—I remember paying the gas man with my head still full of bubbles. Blue roll-up doors and water towers are standard features of small-town storefronts. On a bright, sunny afternoon, the bougainvillea beside the house blooms in all its glory, while underneath, a chubby Shiba Inu—cherished by grandma—roams leisurely.

ABOUT RETURN

If you have any questions about the product, please ask the designer before purchasing. Clear communication beforehand can save time, effort, and money on refunds or exchanges.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the day after you receive the product. Late requests may be declined at PAPIR LAB’s discretion, so please discuss with the designer before submitting a request. The following types of products are not eligible for refunds due to personal reasons.

  • Customized products and items that have been damaged by the customer (e.g., removing the glass cover) are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

  • The designer will contact the customer within 3 business days after receiving the refund request.
  • Once the return is approved, please ship the product back within 3 business days and notify the designer via email. (Include the shipping carrier and tracking number to avoid delays in communication.)
  • The designer will inspect the returned item and complete the refund process within 3 business days after receiving it.
