ABOUT RETURN
If you have any questions about the product, please ask the designer before purchasing. Clear communication beforehand can save time, effort, and money on refunds or exchanges.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the day after you receive the product. Late requests may be declined at PAPIR LAB’s discretion, so please discuss with the designer before submitting a request. The following types of products are not eligible for refunds due to personal reasons.

- Once the return is approved, please ship the item within 3 business days and notify the designer via email. Be sure to include the shipping provider and tracking number to avoid delays in communication.
- The designer will inspect the returned item within 3 business days after receiving it and complete the refund process.
